I knew Phil and Angela from my time at BT in Exeter and as others have said his dry sense of humour was second to none but he also had a heart of gold and would help out anyone. A true gentleman and although we had lost touch in recent years, I have no doubt that if I had dropped him an email, it would have been like we spoke yesterday. My sincere condolences to Angela, Rebecca and Phil’s wider circle of Family and Friends.
